Warranty & returns

Our 12 month warranty covers breakage (due to material defects) and faulty workmanship, but doesn’t cover things that would be considered general wear and tear. Jolt sunglasses pride ourselves on having a high standard of quality with everything we produce, however we cannot reasonably and do not cover lens scratches, wear and tear, mishandling or abuse of any of our products.
We stand by the quality of our Products.
We will not refund a product unless it is damaged/defective from new.
If the product/s received are damaged please return the product/s to us for an in house inspection within 10 days of when it was delivered to you. If you need to return your products:
Package them up securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your dated purchase receipt in the package. Send your package to:

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we unfortunately can’t be responsible for it if it gets lost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’ll let you know once we’ve received your product/s, and if they are defective, we’ll be more than happy to send you a replacement. If they aren’t defective, repair charges may apply.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Simply return your sunglasses to us in BRAND NEW CONDITION with all packaging/casing/protection within 10 days of when it was delivered to you.
Once received and the condition is confirmed you will then be able to exchange your item for a product of the same value OR receive a store credit of equal value to your purchase OR receive a refund. Please note if you choose the refund option the standard shipping cost of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund total for all AU returns, and the standard shipping cost of $14.95 will be deducted from your refund total for all International Returns.
To be eligible you must return the product/s to us within 10 days of when it was delivered to you.
ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Must be in all original casing, packaging and protection and still in NEW condition. Must be Unworn and Unwashed.
